What materials do you use?
Most of my products are made from high-quality, 2mm thick solid polyester felt. It’s durable, vibrant, and perfect for creating banners and decorations that last.
Where are your products made?
All items are designed and handmade by me in Suffolk, UK. For character banners, I usually begin by sketching the design on my tablet. I then break the artwork down into individual pieces, create files for each one, and cut them before carefully assembling the finished item.
Can I customise my order?
Absolutely! All bunting and letter banners are fully customisable — choose your colours, length, and message. I also offer a variety of font styles to suit your theme.
Can I place a completely custom order?
Yes! Just head to the Contact Us page and send me a message with your idea. Feel free to attach an image for reference. I’ll get back to you to discuss whether it’s something we can bring to life together.
How long will my order take to arrive?
I aim to dispatch orders the same day (if placed early) or the very next working day at the latest. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard, so please allow for delivery times in addition to production.
What if I need a banner quickly?
No problem! I offer a choice of shipping upgrades at checkout so you can receive your order sooner.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the personalised nature of most of my products, I don’t usually accept returns unless an item is faulty. If there’s an issue, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.
